Shipping locations

We currently offer shipping within United Kingdom including Highlands and Islands for unassembled products that come in flat pack boxes. However, certain products may be restricted to be delivered to certain locations. 

Shipping methods

We work as front shop for our product manufacturers. We arrange delivery of products directly from their fulfilment centres who primarily utilise trusted courier services to deliver orders placed through our website.

Depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package, we may use different shipping methods to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping for most of our products is free. however, in some circumstances, shipping rates may be  calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. During the checkout process, you may receive shipping options and their corresponding rates for your selection, if applicable.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. For most UK destinations the delivery can take 3-5 working days this cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the status of your delivery.

Delivery delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery of all orders, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays may affect delivery times.
