However, times come when you may have to return the product either due to change of mind or you no longer need the product or whatever other reason it may be. We understand that and stand by you during this process. If the situation arises or otherwise, Please review and be familiar with returns policies and clauses.
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@chairway.co.uk. or alternatively via contact form with subject: Return #order number (starts with CHW). Also please specify the reason for return so that we can understand and relate to your situation better. We will review your return request If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will have another 14 days from the date of instruction to send the package back as per instructions.
Please note that Chairway.co.uk is an online only store that host products from multiple suppliers. There may be slight difference in experience you may have depending on the return to different suppliers. We will try our best to give you the best support during this process.
Returns Address:
Please note that the address published on our website under contact us page is for communications only. The address does not have any parcel handling facility. Please do not post your returns to that address. We shall not be liable if the return posted to that address is lost. Alternatively, you may be liable for additional charging for locating, storing and reshipping the return to correct address. As advised above, Please contact us via contact form preferably (so that we have a written request with your inclination of returns).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (14 days on total). We may reserve the right to deduct shipping/ handling/restocking or all fee as applicable during the return process especially when the return is due to change of mind. we will keep you informed of the charges during the return process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
