1. Do I need to have an account to order?
    No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, having an account with us offers some perks:
    • Quick checkout process on subsequent purchases
    • Easily view your order status and order history
    • Receive updates on new releases and special promotions
    • Promotional discounts when you subscribe as a customer

    2. What payment methods do you accept?
      We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments. Card payments are processed via the secure Shopify Pay gateway, used by millions of businesses worldwide.
      3.How secure is my online order?
        When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
        4. Are there any exchange rates?
          All of our transactions are conducted in GBP (UK currency). Since we source most of our products within the UK, there are no additional surcharges like customs duties, and VAT is included in the prices. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
          5. How do I set my shipping address?

            Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

             


            6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
              Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed as the information is shared between multiple parties to process and fulfil the order. You may want to keep the shipping address to your permanent address rather than temporary address as Shipments may take up to 5-7 days ( though we try to deliver them as fast as possible and our average is around 3-5 days. If the package is undelivered due to wrong address, then additional charge may be deducted before refunding the money. (Please refer to returns and refund policy).
              7.How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
              The delivery time depends on the products as the products and respective shipping is arranged by different suppliers. We try to deliver most of the products in 3-5 working days but in some conditions it may take up to 8 days as well. We will keep you updated with tracking number from the shipping partners.
              8.Is there any warranty provided on the products.
              Most of our products have some warranty. Warranty range from 6 months up to 3 years depending on the products and the brand. Please contact us via Contact Page.
              9.Is my data protected on Chairway?

              You can return your products within the first few days of purchase if you find them faulty or if you simply change your mind. However, if you are returning the product because you changed your mind, shipping charges may be deducted by the supplier.
